I spent over 15 years working in an office and helping people with their computers.
At the same time, I traveled with educational groups on domestic and foreign trips (here, visiting Egypt and the Sphinx in 2022!).
In both places, someone always had a question about how their phone works, how to post photos online, or how to connect to the Internet .
It was clear to me that no one was trying to help people who just wanted what they owned to work; who just wanted someone to come sit down and show them how THEIR equipment could do what they wanted it to do.
I speak English, Spanish, and Tech.
My goal is to help you get what you want from your tech items.
I'll come to you (in person, over the phone or through remote-access software) and focus on what you have and how you can use it.
We can talk about what you want, or you can make a list of things you'd like to be able to do, and we can work through it, item by item!
Basic rate: $50/hour payable via cash, credit card, PayPal, Venmo
